Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and every Canadian province and territory.

Shipping times & cost

  • Processing: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery: 7–15 business days after processing, with tracking.
  • Cost: free on orders over $49 USD (about $68 CAD); otherwise a flat $5.99 USD (about $8.27 CAD) (or the CAD equivalent).

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Holiday order-by dates

To arrive before the holiday, order by these dates. They include 1–3 days of processing plus the carrier's delivery estimate, counted in business days. Styles marked “Fast US shipping” ship from our US warehouse.

  • Halloween (October 31, 2026): US warehouse by October 19, ships from overseas by October 7
  • Canadian Thanksgiving (October 12, 2026): US warehouse by September 28, ships from overseas by September 16
  • US Thanksgiving (November 26, 2026): US warehouse by November 12, ships from overseas by November 2
  • Christmas (December 25, 2026): US warehouse by December 11, ships from overseas by December 1
  • Lunar New Year (February 6, 2027): US warehouse by January 25, ships from overseas by January 13
  • Valentine's Day (February 14, 2027): US warehouse by February 1, ships from overseas by January 20
  • St. Patrick's Day (March 17, 2027): US warehouse by March 3, ships from overseas by February 19
  • Easter (March 28, 2027): US warehouse by March 15, ships from overseas by March 3
  • Canada Day (July 1, 2027): US warehouse by June 17, ships from overseas by June 7
  • 4th of July (July 4, 2027): US warehouse by June 21, ships from overseas by June 9

Duties & taxes

Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Canadian orders may be subject to GST/HST/PST on delivery depending on the order value.

Returns & size exchanges

If something doesn't fit, email hello@puppyunion.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of pet hair. We'll arrange an exchange for a different size or a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund – no need to return the item.
